We are unable to refund accommodation deposits in cases of cancellation.
Changes to dates and or cancellations MUST be advised in writing, we are unable to make changes over the phone.
The balance payable is a set amount, even in the event of cancellation, curtailed duration or stay or a reduced number of booked guests arriving on the day.
In the event of cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person who made the booking will be liable to pay for the total costs as per reservation, deposits are non refundable.
If deposit has been paid on a credit/debit card then any payment due, owing to cancellation, will be made on the same account by the proprietor.
Should you be delayed and not arriving at designated time, please let us know as rooms may be re-let.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend or terminate any booking should the conduct of any party/guest cause any detriment to comfort of other guests.
